These are the customer terms AIVS publishes for its self-service machines. Full terms and conditions for machine purchases and support plans are provided by AI Vending Solution Pte. Ltd. before you buy.

Using an AI Printbox machine

  • By using the machine you agree to these terms and take full responsibility for any content you print.
  • All purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, because each case is printed to your order.
  • Uploaded images are automatically deleted from the system within 48 hours and are not stored, shared or used for any other purpose.
  • Supported phone models are shown on the machine interface at the time of your order.

Using a Topi Express machine

  • Follow the on-screen instructions and place only a helmet in the cleaning chamber.
  • Payment is by QR code at the price shown on the machine.

Intellectual property

The artwork, branding and mascot designs on AIVS machines remain the intellectual property of AI Vending Solution Pte. Ltd..
