Do I own the machine?
Yes. You buy and own the machine outright, and there are no royalty fees. You can run it under the AI Printbox brand or re-wrap it with your own branding. The artwork, branding and mascot designs on the AIVS wrap remain AIVS intellectual property.
Do I need to manage it every day?
No. The machine is self-service and cashless. Under the monthly support plan AIVS handles maintenance and system support, and you top up phone case stock, which you buy from AIVS at partner pricing.
Who finds the location?
You choose and secure your own location, which keeps the business yours. AIVS shares what it has learned from its own mall placements, such as high-footfall entrances, linkways to MRT stations and airport arrival halls, and can help with site sourcing.
Which phones does AI Printbox support?
The latest iPhone and Samsung models, and the list is updated as new phones are released. The machine interface shows the models available at the time of printing.
Why is it called "AI" when there is no artificial intelligence in the machine?
In the AIVS name, "AI" stands for Automated Intelligence: smart, automated vending that makes a business simple to run. It does not refer to artificial intelligence.

How much is a printed phone case?
A custom printed case is S$15 (price published on aivs.sg in 2025; check the machine for the current price). Each case is a durable, protective case with the design printed into it, not a sticker.
Is my uploaded photo kept?
No. Uploaded images are deleted from the system within 48 hours and are not stored, shared or used for anything else.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind?
No. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, because each case is printed to your order. You are responsible for the content you print.
