Hardware warranty
Every refurbished machine comes with a hardware warranty: 1 year on AI Printbox and 6 months on Topi Express, with terms that AIVS will explain before you buy.
See your machine from anywhere
The owner dashboard shows revenue, device status and inventory levels for every machine you own, so you know when to restock before a customer finds an empty slot. AIVS also monitors inventory and can prompt a restock.
Training and business support
Training is included with every machine, and the team is available for business questions after launch: pricing, stock choices, and what has worked at other sites.

Repairs are covered under the monthly maintenance support plan. Contact AIVS and the team will arrange the fix.

AIVS lists 24/7 technical support for machine owners.
Can I see sales without visiting the machine?
Yes. The owner dashboard shows real-time sales and inventory on your phone.
Is the support plan compulsory?
Ask AIVS when you buy. The published plan is "low monthly support from only S$99" and is designed for hands-off ownership.
