AI Vending Solution Pte. Ltd. ("AIVS", "we") respects your privacy and complies with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

What we collect

When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form on this site, we receive the details you send: your name, contact number, email address and your message. The enquiry form opens WhatsApp on your device; this website does not store the form contents.

At an AI Printbox machine, the image you upload is used only to print your case and is automatically deleted within 48 hours. It is not stored, shared or used for any other purpose. Payments at our machines are processed by the payment provider shown on screen; we do not receive your card details.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, to arrange a machine purchase, placement or support, and to keep records required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses no tracking cookies. If analytics are added, this page will say so.

Your rights

You may ask to see or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@aivs.sg.
