Step 1: start with the location, not the machine
Vending lives or dies on footfall. Walk the site at the times your customers would be there. For a phone case machine that means mall entrances, linkways and the airport; for a helmet cleaning machine it means motorcycle shops, petrol kiosks and workshops.
Step 2: agree terms with the host
Hosts usually want either rent or a share of sales, plus a tidy, cashless machine that does not create work. Both AIVS machines are cashless and self-service.

Step 4: set up payment, stock and support
Payment is by QR code (cards can be arranged). Stock comes from AIVS at cost price. The monthly support plan from S$99 covers maintenance and system support, and training is included.

The owner dashboard shows revenue, device status and inventory, so you restock before a slot runs empty and see which days sell best.

Register a sole proprietorship or company with ACRA, and check with your host whether any mall or landlord approvals apply to the exact spot.
