Why is a printed phone case non-refundable?
Each case is printed to your order with your phone model and your design or photo, so it cannot be sold to someone else. That is the reason AIVS gives in its customer terms: all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. You are also responsible for the content you choose to print.
What should you check before you pay?
- Your phone model. The supported models are shown on the machine screen at the time of your order. See which phones a case printing machine can print for.
- Your design or photo, so it is the one you want on the case.
- The price shown on the machine. AIVS publishes S$15 for a custom case; check the machine for the current price.
What if the machine has a problem?
Technical support and refund enquiries go to AIVS on WhatsApp, +65 8878 4061. Tell them which machine you used and roughly when, and describe what happened. AIVS decides each case under its terms, so this page does not promise a refund.
